A rainy day summer grab that came from the same spot as Mr. Lucky & the Gamblers, the Revolvers on TyTex, and Little Bill. Nice blues from a Texas guy... I somehow managed a labelshot of the flipside instead of "Ticket Agent Blues"...

Over at Country. & Western I've got Imperial artists Jimmie Heap and the Melody Masters outta Taylor, Texas with "When They Operated On Papa, They Opened Papa's Male". Great swingin' number. And over at LoneStarStomp Wichita Falls deejay Bill Mack is up with his lowdown Imperial waxings of "Ain't It A Shame" and "When the Sun Goes Down".
